AshishChandragupt Maurya is like a real warrior in Real life.

Ashish Sharma, who plays the protagonist in Chandragupt maurya, got his nose cut. Incidentally, Ashish was shooting for this sequence where he had to save some tribals from the soldiers. Here, the stuntmen playing soldiers were carrying swords made of wood and thermocol. In one of the scenes, Ashish was to push the soldier and the soldier was to retaliate. While Ashish did successfully push the soldier back; the soldier took a wrong turn and ended up giving Ashish a long cut on his nose by his sword, which started bleeding profusely. The actor got on the floor, which scared the people on sets, but they soon rushed Ashish to Kokilaben Hospital from Filmistan (where the daily is shot). Here the doctor claimed it was a tissue fracture and will heal fully in a week’s time, but Ashish took only a days’ break. Sadly, the scar is very prominent and starts from his nose up to his right cheek. Ashish, however, has a solution for it: “I am sure make-up tricks can hide the mark.” In fact, the star doesn’t seem to be moved by this accident at all. “It is part and parcel of life. If you are doing action sequences just every second day, you will definitely get hurt someday or the other,” shrugs off Ashish
